About me

I am Valeriya, a former architect, who has rediscovered her creativity in drawing illustrations from a single line. When drawing I start with an empty sheet of paper, a line, and the result in mind – my goal is to shape the line in such a way, that everyone can recognize the image.

I feel that the line is a small representation of our being. Our life is a continuous journey with a beginning and an end. It is never a straight line, it has ups and downs and many turnovers and it is up to us what trace we are going to leave behind us. However, you can make everything with that one line – just keep the end result in mind and follow your own way.
